Refund policy

No Cancellation:

We do not accept cancellation for an order once the order has been placed.

No Refunds/Exchanges:

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us via email  with details of the product and the defect.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment. 

Given the above, the client must report the damaged item within 24 hours upon receiving the order - if defective.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Damages and issues:


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Alteration:

We provide alterations for orders inside the UAE with a charge of 100 AED.
